This class is for individuals who would like to know how to obtain, start and own their own wedding and events party venue. In this class you will learn how to find and select a commercial property suitable for the event venue you desire to have. We also show you how to get clients, draft contracts, invoicing, and we share our vendor list with you on where to buy tables, chairs, linens, venue decor, etc, etc. We cover everything from A to Z not listed here. For the virtual LIVE classes, there are a total of 12 classes, all VIRTUAL LIVE classes run about 90 minutes to 2 hours per class. In person classes are 7 to 8 hours per day. A GREAT wedding planner is essential and THE BACKBONE of any successful wedding. Learn everything you need to know from A to Z and how to obtain clients. While each wedding and budget is different, learn how you can make $3K to $30K per wedding. The sky is the limit. There are a total of 3 LIVE Virtual classes and all 3 classes are about 90 minutes to 2 hours long. The in-Person class is a full day.

This class are for individuals who already own a venue but need help maximizing their event space and need help with more bookings.  It doesn't matter if your space fits only 30 guests or 400 guests.

There are a total of 3 classes and all classes runs about 90 minutes to 2 hours per class. This class also teaches you how to get clients. and how to get completely booked out. Find out how once I owned a venue, I was booked out a year in advance in 3 months.

Outside of alcoholic beverages, sweet tea, sodas and lemonade, there is a major need for other delicious non-alcoholic beverages. In this class you will learn how you can make $1,000.00 to $3,000.00 per event. There is 1 class and the class runs about 3 hours

This class are for individuals who have always wanted to be a wedding day of coordinator with the hopes of becoming a wedding planner one day. Get your feet wet as a Wedding Day of Coordinator and learn the difference between a Wedding Day of Coordinator, a Wedding Planner and a Party Planner, they are not the same. Learn how to make $500 to $3,000 per day as a Wedding Day of Coordinator. There is only 1 virtual LIVE class and the class itself is about 3 +  hours.
