This class is for individuals who would like to know how to obtain, start and own their own wedding and events party venue. In this class you will learn how to find and select a commercial property suitable for the event venue you desire to have. We also show you how to get clients, draft contracts, invoicing, and we share our vendor list with you on where to buy tables, chairs, linens, venue decor, etc, etc. We cover everything from A to Z not listed here. For the virtual LIVE classes, there are a total of 12 classes, all VIRTUAL LIVE classes run about 90 minutes to 2 hours per class. In person classes are 7 to 8 hours per day.
